At 19, I was told I'd never be able to transform my body. I taught myself through YouTube videos, blogs, and a lot of trial and error.

Six months of pure focus later, I changed my body and rebuilt my confidence from scratch.

That experience is why I coach the way I do — because I know what it feels like to be lost, to start from nothing, and to figure it out without anyone showing you the right way.

What's the difference between the coaching tiers?

Coaching Alone covers your training program and weekly check-ins. Complete Coaching adds personalized nutrition coaching on top of that. Hybrid Coaching includes everything in Complete Coaching plus two in-person sessions a month, for local clients in Northern Virginia who want hands-on support alongside the online programming.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Real changes in strength, body composition, and habits take more than a few weeks to show up. The 3-month minimum keeps the coaching relationship focused on consistency and results rather than short-term, stop-start engagement.

What happens on the free call?

We'll talk through your goals, training history, injuries or limitations, and schedule, and figure out together which tier actually fits your situation. There's no pressure and no payment involved — it's purely to confirm it's a good fit before anything starts.

How does the Hybrid tier work for local clients?

Hybrid Coaching includes everything in Complete Coaching, plus two in-person sessions per month. Because those sessions happen face-to-face, this tier is only available to clients local to Northern Virginia — we'll confirm that on your free call.
